Grâce à cette application, on peut acquérir beaucoup de vocabulaire par un système des cartes mémoire (flashcards), basé sure le système de la répétition espacée, comme le logiciel Anki (which I also have and use).

The main differences seem to be that Memorize Words for French has already chosen the 5,600 words you will study, it costs $6.99 for the iPhone, and it has games to play (e.g. hangman, word search, memory, etc).
Anki, on the other hand, is free for the iPhone and for your computer, and you have two options. You can make your own card decks or you can download decks that others have made (not just for French, but many topics).
J'utilise les deux logiciels. Maintenant, je préfère Memorize Words. Je n'ai pas le temps de créer des cartes mémoire et j'aime jouer des jeux.
